Why won't the "save embedded files" dialog box open when I save?

When I created a page, then saved it, I expected the "save embedded files"
dialog box to open. It didn't.
Consequently (I think) the graphic I wanted to save wouldn't appear on the
web.
How can I force the program to open the "save embedded files dialog box?

What tool are you using? - Interactive Buttons
If so you will only get a prompt again if you edit the IB w/ the page open in a FP Web and try to save the page

You need to Import graphics into FP first, then place them into your design.
