There is a form letter and Access database on a shared network resource.
When using the form letter/mail merge in Word 2000 that gets its data from a
table in the Access database, the Access database opens up automatically and
when the form letter is closed, the Access database closes automatically.
This is normal and works fine on one computer. However on another computer,
when opening the same form letter in Word 2000, THREE instances of Access
with the same database are opened up. Little help????
