Why Word has stopped to open docx files?

Hi! My Word 2010 doesn't open docx files and says that file is corrupted. I was really surprised. My eyes was like OO. I've never met such problem. Could it be a real corruption or Word problem itself? And I'm baggin you to help me solve this problem. I can't work withought word.
