I'm trying to figure out the setup.
Is just one presentation to be on screen, but presented really wide? Or is
it that you want one projector to handle 3 presentations side-by-side?
It seems to me that the best way to handle this would be to make 4
presentations. One presentation would be the "master." The other three you
could export as a series of pictures, then bring a combination of the
pictures or individual slides into the master as desired. Then play the
master on a single high quality projector onto a single or multiple screens.
