Widow-Orphan control and keep with next

I have a paragraph followed by a table that will not fit
on one page together. I want to keep the table on one page
and also keep the last two lines of the paragraph
preceding it with the table. (changing the point size of
the table is not an option)

The only way I have found to come close to this is to
check "Keep with next" in the paragraph, but that will
break the table (overriding unchecked "allow rows to break
across pages" in the table properties).

Is there a way to make keep with next apply to only the
last line or two of a paragraph (basically what would be
forced to break to the next page with widow/orphan control
on)?
