widows and orphans in tables

Is there a way to prevent widows and orphans in tables.
I have a table with long, multi-paragraphed rows.
Despite making my styles have widow/orphan protection and
keep lines together protection, a single line of a
paragraph will still break. I can't find any references
to this problem, but I know that it exists. Any
solutions?

You can format the row (table properties) to not break between pages.
