width of borderline

Hi

When i print an excelsheet, the borderlines are much
thicker than desired. I have set the borderlinewidth to
the smallest possible width. When i draw a line by the
drawing tool, the line width is ok. Also, when i copy the
whole sheet into a word document, the borderlines are ok.
Only, when i print them directly from excel, the lines are
too thick.
Any ideas ?

Without too much thought, have you tried another printer?

And did you make sure that File|Page Setup|Sheet Tab|Draft Quality is unchecked?

And if all else fails, when's the last time you got a fresh printer driver?
Maybe the printer manufacturer has updated it to eliminate this kind of printing
problem????
