width of combo box control on toolbar

Here's a strange one: I can change the width of my custom combo box control
(on a toolbar) with the following.

CommandBars("My Toolbar").Controls("My Combobox").Width = 200

It looks great...that is until I click on the down arrow when I find the
actual list is still the old narrow width, tucked up at the left hand side of
the combo box.

I'm in Excel 2002/XP - has anyone any ideas?

I've found it - it's DropDownWidth. For some reason it doesn't appear in the
list of properties when you hit the full stop (but it's in Help)
