Wierd error message, Please help can't access database

R

Roby

I've received this error message that i have never seen before and I can't
get into my database. At times when it does let me in all of the tables have
dissappeared.

I:\NEWSUR~\SECURE~1.MDB isn't an index in this table. Look in the Indexes
collection of the TableDef object to determine the valid index names.

I don't know what happenend but any help would be much appreciated!

Your database is corrupt and may or may not be salvagable. :-{(

See http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm for possible workarounds.
From that page... (forgiveness, Tony?) see

3015 - "'databasename.mdb' isn't an index in this table. Look in the Indexes
collection of the TableDef object to determine the valid index names." ACC:
Jet Database Engine 3.x Error Messages Due to Corruption - 182867. These two
messages in Access 97 can usually be fixed by downloading the latest version
of Jet 3.51. Jet 3.5 SP 3 This problem also existed in Access 95 but hopefully
no one is still using that version of Access.
