Wierd problem with Office 2007, mouse, keyboard

Greetings!

I'm not positive if this is the right place to try to get tech support, so
ifit's not and someone can point me to the correct location, I'd appreciate
it...

Anyway, since I built my new system for Visa, I've been having the weirdest
problems. When I try to type thingsd, sometimes the beeper inside the
computer case will beep andsomehting weird willhappen... for example, it's
happened five times so far wihile I've been writing this. I tried to type "if
it's" on the first line, and it beeped and left out the space... I typed
"Vista", and it beeped and left out the "t"... I TYPED>>> OKAY< HERE"S ONE
TOO>>> I have not hit the capslock, yet it started making all caps, and when
I would hit ".", it showed ">" instead. This is happening all the time, and
it's driving me nuts... it just stopped doing it on it's own, too...

Also, when I'm using Outlook 2007, and reading email, sometimes when I hit
"delete", instead of moving the message to the "Deleted Items" folder, a
message box will appear asking me if I want to permanently delete the
message. When this occurs, something wierd happens with my mouse that is
really hard to explain... it's kind of like it suddenly becomes
"auto-select-eveything" (I actually typed an "r" there, but it beeped again
and skipped it)... I can't select one email, for example, it tries to select
them all between what I last clicked and what I just clicked. If I try to
use the scroll wheel, it starts to zoom in or out... it does wierd stuff.

I've tried known good, tested on o ther (I didn't type a space between the
"o" and "ther", it beeped and inserted one) systems keyboards and mice, so I
know that's not it...

My system has an Intel QX6700 CPU, two gigs of ram, an EVGA nForce 680i SLI
motherboard, and an EVGA 8800GTX video card...

Does anyone have the slightest guess as to what might be causing this? It's
driving me insane!

Does this happen only in Outlook or all the time? Have you tried a new
keyboard?

I only really notice it in Outlook or Word, and yes, I've tried known good
parts... it's not the mouse or keyboard causing the problem...
