wildcard search for text incl. carriage return

Hi,
I would be grateful for help with the following

I need to do a search and replace on a document. I need to find text
such as the following example

\begin{tabular}
{|p{63pt}|p{54pt}|p{125pt}|p{116pt}|}

I am trying to search using wildcards to find
\begin{tabular}
{ANY_TEXT}

The following wildcard is not finding the text because of the carriage
return
\\begin\{tabular\}\{*\}

How do I include the carriage return and fidn the two lines of text?
