Will a html code-link work in a textbox?

As a newbie I don't know if a textbox and a "frame" are different for a
column to place html code in for advertising links. How do I insert a frame?
Can you help?

You aren't giving us much information to go on, but my guess is what you
want to do is to use the Insert > htm code fragment feature to insert your
code for your advertising links. There is also a possibility that you are
being told to use a "iframe', but once again I suspect you have been given
some code to insert into your page. Assuming this is true, copy and past the
code in a code fragment box and see if that gives you what you want. If not
post back with more details, including a link to the advertiser
instructions.
