Will birth First born for help with Word problem !!!!

A couple weeks ago I copied a picture from the internet
onto a word document. Now every time I open up word, It
opens up to this doc. I have deleted file and it still
opens up with this doc. When I click " new blank
document" it just does the same thing. Any ideas?
