Will Entourage 2008 sync with Iphone?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have tried everything as per website support but still cant get my iphone and entourage 08 to sync. Must be some settings that are incorrect. Any advice? I specifically want my calendar and contacts to sync. Any help is appreciated.

If you are using Exchange then you need to connect your iPhone to the
Exchange mailbox rather than Entourage as both feed from the Exchange
Server. If your providers have Autodiscover setup then all you will need is
your email address and password.

Some Exchange providers do however charge extra for a phone connection so
you may want to check with your supplier as this could be the cause of your
problems!

I encountered the same problem, here's my solution:
Go to Entourage -> Preferences -> Sync. Services and choose the ones
you want, e.g. Contacts and Calendar to sync with your local apps
(address book and iCal).
In iTunes you can choose to sync with iCal and address book now. Not
the smartest workaround, but at least it's working ;-)

you need to create a new account using exchange rather than imap
