Will Excel...

Hi

I'm a fairly novice Excel user and I'm setting up a roster for a large group
made up of approx 35 sub-units. I have a main worksheet and then a worksheet
for each group. Is there anyway to link the 2 so that the individual groups
are auto-updated when I make changes to the master roster?

as an example where the above is a link to cell A1 on a sheet named
Master Sheet
