Will gmail and yahoo mail work with outlook connector?

No, its for msn/live/hotmail only. Gmail supports IMAP and POP3 and has a
sync tool for the calendar or you can show the gmail calendar in outlook as
a read-only internet calendar. Yahoo requires a paid account to use it in
outlook.
