Will I lose all my emails when new microsoft software is downloade

I just bought Office:MAC 2008 to replace my MAC microsoft software from 2004.
When I download the new software, will I lose all the emails that have come
through on entourage? If so, how do I save them and transfer them into the
newer version of the software?
