Will I lost my Office when I recover my computer?

If I recover my laptop, will my office (Word, Powerpoint, Frontpage etc.)
lost? May I have a free full version of Office?

You will have to install Office from whatever source you originally got
it. As far as the free full version goes, you can get one if you have a
generous benefactor.
