Will normal.dot in Word 2002 Transfer Over to Word 2003?

I've put a lot of work into creating toolbars and keyboard commands in Word
2002. All that is stored as part of the normal.dot file. Now I'm thinking of
getting Word 2003. Will my normal.dot file, with all it's toolbar
customization, carry over into Word 2003 or do I have to start from scratch?
Please let me know! Thanks very much.

I've been reusing my normal.dot for as long as I can remember (at least
10 years!). Just don't forget to save a backup before you install the
new version.

I recently started from scratch and re-did my normal.dot, recreating
all my shortcuts, toolbars, etc. because I thought it might help with
some of the weird things that happen in Word. It didn't resolve
anything.

So I can say with confidence that it will transfer over just fine and
shouldn't cause any problems or corruption.
