Will not accept Product Key

Recently reinstalled Office 2007 on new vista machine. Product activated OK.
Tried to use One Note for first time from Outlook and was asked to insert
Product Key. Error message tells me the key I enter is incorrect - but it's
not! Help, please?

What edition of Office 2007 did you use? Is your OneNote install a
stand-alone copy?

Hi Michael - it's Professional Plus student edition. One Note was installed
as part of the original install

OneNote is not included as a part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus
2007. The following programs are included as reported by Microsoft's
webpage.

What's included in Office Professional Plus 2007
Access 2007
Communicator 2007
Excel 2007
InfoPath 2007
Outlook 2007
PowerPoint 2007
Publisher 2007
Word 2007

As I recall OneNote is on the disk as a trial, but is not a part of the
regular install for Professional Plus.

The only Office suites that include OneNote as a part of the suite are
Office 2007 Home and Student
Office 2007 Ultimate
Office 2007 Enterprise

I have the same problem, I didn't realise OneNote wasn't part of the suite.
Does this mean that we can only use OneNote as a trial, for about 20 times?

The trial is usable for 90 days.
But you may download the Office2010 Beta.
ON2010 will be part of *al* versions of Office2010.
