Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange
The current issue: Exchange account is added and verifies correctly however will never populate a folder list, retrieve messages, or respond in any way whatsoever. Entourage itself responds and allows you to navigate the application fine. I can find no log files or indication of what might be occurring.
History: Entourage had been working for months just fine with an Exchange 2008 server. The other day all messages being sent started being rejected. Sorry, I don't recall the exact message because I don't expect the problem to be this persistent. It turned out that I was not receiving mail either.
I verified my account settings and password. I also verified the mail account worked via OWA and Outlook on a PC. I have removed and re-added the account and the identity. The exchange account wizard works each time. The same settings work on other machines. There is no log file or other data I can can to determine what might be occurring.
