Will Not Install

downloaded the tech refresh of beta 2 this morning, at the staggering cost of
$1.50. I am also beta testing vista rc1 and have win xp sp2 installed as
well. In neither os's will this install. There is no explaination as to why.
error window simply says this package failed to install

The TR (technical refresh) is a patch for Office 2007 Beta 2. Do you already
have Office 2007 Beta 2 installed?
