Will not print header information

A

Outlook 203
I have a user who, when composing an email wants to print the message before
she sends it. The text of the message prints fine, but she does not get any
header information including who she is sending it to.

After she sends the message and the message is transfered to the sent
folder, she can then print the message and the header prints as well.

What can I check and/or change so that she gets the header before she sends
the message?

thanks,
~alan

If she clicks File>Print Preview does the data show?

The user has been and is currently away from her desk. I will get back when
I know what the Print Preview shows.

There is no header when we do a file print preview. also, I logged in on
her machine and accessed my outlook exchange mail and my account as well
does not present the header in messasge being composed but not yet sent. I
believe the problem is in the Office 2003 installation and not her profile
on the exchange server.

Apparently you're using Word as the mail editor. Word's print doesn't seem
to be able to access that data to include it in the print. If you switch to
Outlook's built-in editor, you'll see it.
