Will not print text

I'm having a problem printing text in either a Word or Excel file.

What is happening: Print a doc and no text is printed, but if the doc has table, borders are printed, lines ... if the doc has graphics they also print, just the text is not printing. This is happing to 3 users on three different workstations

What I have done
1- I can print any doc in question from my workstation and the text will print fin
2- User can print any doc in question from a different workstation (other than the 3) and text will print fine
3- User and myself can print to different printer from a different workstation (other than the 3) and text will print fine
4- deleted user profile and tried again, no luck
5- Logged onto workstation in ? and tried to print, text did not print
6- Went to office update and updated PC. still no luck
7- Repaired office install, still no luc
8- Removed and re-installed office, still no luc
9- Updated re-installation (sp 3 - and all web updated) still no luck
10- Tried hot fix from KB 834003, still no luc

Summary
No text printing has to be office b/c is it not user specific, printer, or the file

I don't see that you reinstalled the "problem printer" on the problem
PC. Try that.

Also, test print to a different printer on the problematic pc.

Printing problems in Windows are 99.99% cuased by printer drivers or
printers and not by specific apps (which write to generic printing
programs which in turn write to drivers and then to printers).
