Will Not Save as .Doc File

S

SASDALLAS

Hello:

I just started using MS MacOffice 2004.

I created a .dot template (on my PC / Windows version of Office.)

I opened up the template in MacWord and saved it there.

I now, fill in the info in the template, and try to save it as a Word
DOC file.

It will not let me. It should. At least it does in Windows version.

What am I missing here? I sure can't send my client the form as
a .dot file! Ha.

Please help

DOT means its a template.

in order to save the file as a Doc file you have to change the name.

If it's "fixed", don't "break it"!
