Will Office 2000 work ok with Windows XP?

I'm thinking of upgrading my Win 98 system to XP. Can I still use my Office
2000, or do I have to upgrade that, too?

Also, *should* I upgrade to Win XP, or maybe just Win 2000?

Hi, Joanne,

You'll really have to consider the features of Windows XP versus Windows
2000 to make your own decision. But Windows XP is the latest, and it has
lots of nice features for the user. You can refer to
http://www.microsoft.com to get more information on each of the operating
systems.

You can install Office 2000 on Windows XP. However, if your office 2000 was
pre-installed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), you may need to
check with them about any issues regarding upgrading the OS. You'll want to
ensure you have the original CDs for installation.
