Will Office xp run ok with windowsME

Will Office xp(2003) small business run ok with windows Me operating system
I Cannot get Office 2000 anywhere and I am only running a 125MHz memory and
a pentium III 450

If your speaking of Office XP, yes it will run on ME.
If you mean Office 2003, no it will not.
