Recently...my company decided they wanted to catch a time bandit by
requiring everybody to punch in & out...even salaried employees such as
myself. Trouble is...after several years on the job...NONE of our employees
can ever remember to do so (myself included...big time.) So I set myself a
reminder 'Task' in Outlook (2003); & it gongs at me now 5 minutes before I
have to punch in the morning; & in & out for lunch. I'm happy
But I'm wondering...I don't really want Outlook to run in the background all
day long...& was hoping the Task would still gong at me if I closed the
program.
Can this be accomplished?
Thanks,
