Will Visio Pro 2003 work together with Autocad Lite?

We would like to know if Visio Pro 2003 and Autocad Lite will work together
and be able to read one anothers files.

Visio can read and write AutoCAD 2000 files. From AutoCAD you will need to
save as an earlier version. I don't believe there are any further issues
using LT instead of full AutoCAD.
