Hi, i am having problems with my user whereby their outlook will just
disconnect and will have a problem connecting back. the problem seem to be
intermittent. User is using either wireless or wired connection. Users laptop
is IBM T42 and the other is IBM T60. Network connection seem to be ok and i
can ping the exchange server. we have created new outlook profile but the
problem is still the same.
please help to advise....
