Win-2000-Pro failed to update Office-2000-Pro from SR-1a to 3 - h.

A point of discussion - I recently removed Office 2003 because it was
incompatible with other software critical to my needs. Rebooting after a
failed attempt still does not allow success.

The failure message is simply, "Installation Unsuccessful."

Thanks a lot for any advise.
