win 2003 server, sharepoint portal server "v2.0" Beta 2 and project 2002

as the subject i have a server win 2003 whit sharepoint it
works good, i tried to install in this server project, but
i can´t make it works, when i try to configure my iis
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;820774#2) my sharepoint breakdown, is it necesari to
intall sharepoint team ?, any idea of what to do.

my real question: is it posible to intall project server
2002 in the same server where i have sharepoint portal
server "v2.0" beta2? because as i understand i need to
install sharepoint team s.
