Win2K computer management to access user accounts on remote WinXP

I have a problem with Win2K Pro/Server computer management accessing the
users acounts on a remote PC running WinXP Pro, they show up blank, yet i
know these accounts do exist locally on WinXP. When I use the WinXP
computer management to view the user accounts on the Win2K machine, they show
up fine. I have tried disabling the firewall, but no success and I also
tried to patch/update my Win2K machine, but no success. Is there is simple
fix/solution for this?
