Trying top install Verizon DSL, upon initiating from
cd,get error message.."The InstallShield Engine
(iKernel.exe) ould not be installed. Access is denied."
I have tried deleting,re-installing and updating
InstallShield, (current version 7.0, for cd installer ver.
5.0) and still have same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as Verizon tech un-
help doesn't seem to be much help.
