what is causing a second window to not open up? example
if I am on my email and I want to click printable view,
it wants to open up in another window, but it stays blank.
I'm using windows 98 internet explorer 6.0. I had to get
on this computer with windows xp to send this message
because the window98 will not let this window come up on
it.

(they start microsoft.public.win98) or IE6
