I have a customer using the "Send to, Mail Recipient (As
attachment)" feature to send a Word document. The e-mail
message window appears, information filled out, and the
message sends successfully. The problem is this:
The message window does not properly close/dissappear once
the "send" button is clicked. The window borders, tool
bars, and title bar remain visible, and the content of the
window itself takes on that of anything behind it. (for
instance, if the message window is brought up over a
Windows Explorer window, and then the Windows explorer
windows minimized, the message window takes a sort of
snapshot of what was in the Explorer window and holds on
to it, until this process is repeated or the message
window closed.
Is anyone familiar with this problem, or can offer any
help? I'd greatly appreciate it. The explanation isn't
great, I know, and I can't supply a screenshot through
this particular post interface.
Thank you very much in advance!
