My team is trying to load test a custom Outlook form with a tool like
LoadRunner or QTP. The tool identifies the fields based on the window class
name, such as "F3 Server 6000000". We've seen the window class name (the hex
number part) change from time to time, which means all of the scripts have to
be created.
Does anyone know what causes the window class names to change, or how it can
be avoided?
