window control is not working.

Hi.

For some reason, window control in a workbook is not working. Is there any
work around?

The last line of a paragraph showed at the top of the next page. I've
applied the control to "normal" style. Tried several ways. Strange thing is
that it happens only in the file. I opened other documents, changed the line
space, and checked it. All other documents works fine just as it has to
except the one file.
