Window installer 3.1 not working for MS office 2003. Please help

Neeed help in making ms Office 2003 working for MS word, Excel, Power point,
Front page etc. I have MS XP home edition and for some reason the window
installer does not open MS Office programs.
Reason: System error: -21470238 please open C:\program files\microsoft
office\office11\1033\setup.chm and look for office source engine for
information on how to resolve this problem. Request step by step help as to
how to resolve this problem. Please help.
