"Window is too small" message

I have some VBA code which populates a Word Document automatically. Some
users are getting a message "Window is too small". I have checked it is not
generated by our code.

Has anyone seen a similar error message? Does anyone know where it comes
from? I cannot replicate the error easily so any ideas would be really useful.
