window new window

hello,
I'm having problem with window-> new window with one of my clients.

when i open 2 files and try to aplly: Window-> new window ->
mark both projects -> view -> OK

i receive a new file with only one of the original files inserted.

ther is no problem aplly: insert -> project.
does anyone have a solution

Are both projects either from Proejct Server, or from mpp files? I don't
think that using a combination should cause an issue, but worth asking.
