Hi. I have Outlook 2003 running on a fully updated & patched Windows XP Pro
SP2. I use Word as my email editor.
Starting yesterday, every time i either open a message i receive or open a
new email message, the window opens to about 2" x 2" in the bottom left hand
corner, instead of the "normal" size (about as big as the OL window or so).
If it's an email i received, i resize it and make it stick by using
File/Close. However, the same thing happens when i open a new message window
or open a newly received message.
I've tried to open a window & File/Close in Word, but it doesn't seem to
help. By the way, Excel 2003 is opening windows that are only half the size
of the desktop (the bottom half of the screen). So, maybe this is an office
problem in general and not just outlook, but it happens most in Outlook.
Any ideas?
thanks in advance!
