Window Size Request Project Email

I am using the email collaboration technique and am
sending a Request Progress email to my team. However, the
window size seems to be fixed, and the columns are in a
different order than I'd like.

Can I change/resize the window that the email recipient
receives that requests the project status? Also, can I
change the column positions? The window is very small and
the columns are in a different order than I'd like.
