Window Stuck

Hi-
I can't solve an issue with Excel window locked in place at the top of the
screen. When I open Excel, it is fixed on my desktop and cannot be moved.
I have tried all of the stardard troubleshooting: Alt + Space bar>move =
it won't move but all of the other commands- Min, Max, Close etc. work.
Drag and drop is checked in settings. I can move around opened Excel sheets
within the window itself, and I can resize the window, but I can't get the
window to drag anywhere. It does not happen with any other Office 2007
application. I can think of nothing that would have caused the change.
OS - Win XP Pro SP 2
