What would be the best way to create an entry box with in which to
post questions to news groups?
If I understand you right yo want create something *inside* ON.
ON does not have a feature for creating something like "entry boxes".
AFAICS the closest you might would be to just type the text in ON and
then paste it into a posting.
As you seem to visit these newsgroups via Google Groups you might put a
hyperlink to the group in a notebook.
BTW:
For working with the MS NGs IMO using a NewsReader and accessing the
groups *directly* makes things easier than using the web-interface of
Google.
You have a NewsReader in your system - depending in your OS either
"Outllok Express (OE) or "Windows Mail" (WinMail).
