Window/Viewing Resizing

When I deleted a toolbar I download, it also removed my ability to resize the viewing areas of some windows. I can still resize the outer window box, but the viewable area remains static/fixed and it will not resize like it did. Mostly noticed in game rooms - affects most room/view sizes. How can I resotre defaults and/or full resizing/viewing capabilities that I once had?

If this is not specific to Office, then I would advise posting to the
relevant Windows (or Mac?) newsgroup with details of the software you
downloaded.

The toolbar was Hotbar, but it took some of the standard Windows configurations with it. Am I going to need to reinstall Windows to fix this?

Run SpyBot to clean up the Hotbar scumware. If you're running Windows 9x/ME
then be grateful that you can still reach the internet after using Hotbar.

As I've said to various friends who've downloaded this and similar crapware,
"stop downloading every shiny looking piece of freeware you find on the
internet. It's no good having system protection on your PC if you're going
to open the front door and welcome every stranger in and give them
accommodation."

You rock Mike!! I know better than to download that crap - I had a momentary lapse in judgment. I had run software to detect all of the garbage, but I took your suggestion and downloaded an updated version - sure enough, there were still a few that had escaped my earlier scans/deletions.

Viola!! They are ALL gone and my window resizing/viewing has returned. You rock and thank you for a wonderful Christmas gift:)!!
