WindowActivate event wrong

Hi all.
I have two identical MSWord and MSExcel addins. But in case with Wor
Window_Activate event rised always when i change active application t
word(ALT+TAB...), in Excel this event rise only when i change workbook
and in some other cases.
Exaple:
I have opened 3 applications on my deskto
Excel1(Workbook1.xls),Excel2(Workbook2.xls) and TotalCommander. When
change the active task from Excel1 to Excel2 event Window_Activat
rising, but if i doing this operation between Excel and TotalCommande
this event doesn't work!
In MSWord this event works well in all cases.

If any have some ideas please help me.
