Windows 2000 Power User Rights Modification

Hi!

How can I allow a user with Power User Rights access the
LAN setting i.e. the TCP/IP properties?

There is a need to shift from static to dynamic ip
addresses and I'm using a netswitcher to easily change the
settings.

You'll need to post your question in one of the Windows newsgroups. This
newsgroup is for MS Access, the database product.
