I have a Dell PC I have installed win 2000, after I tried to run word from my
windows suite I got the following message. This action is only valid for
products that are installed. So I tried to reinstal windows office 2000
After getting to installing Office 2000 Pro, It gets to halfway in the
installation and I get this error.
Error 1321. Setup cannot modify the file c:\config.msi\270353.rbf. Verify
that the file exist in your system and that you have sufficient permissions
to update it.

After hitting okay the installation backs out.
