Windows 2003 server and Office 2000 Pro

Hello,

I have recently started a new job, and one of the servers is a windows 2003
server, running as a Terminal Server, that has Office 2000 pro load onto it (
what method they used to itstall it , I do not know ).

Everytime the server reboots ( there is a nightly schedualed task that does
this ), and I log in as Administrator, I get a series of error messages, all
saying :-

Microsoft Word for Windows encountered a problem and needs to close.

when I click on the CLICK HERE link, I get the following information.

Error Signature
szAppName: WINWORD.exe szAppVer: 9.0.0.69.26 szModName: hpzui4wm.dll
szModVer: 61.63.461.42 offset: 001f852f

I googled the DLL and it's to do with on of the printers, and I checked to
see if we have the latestest drivers installed, and we do.

I beleieve this error is trickling down to the users, as i am getting calls
re: Excel, Word crashing out on them, mostly when trying to print.

ANy ideas / help / fixes greatfully recived.

Thnaks in advance

Gerald

For all thouse searching on the same error, I fixed this by putting the
Office CD in and choosing the repair option from the menu.

thanks
